About Tyler
Born and raised in Saskatoon, Tyler Sander brings agricultural roots, construction experience, and five years of real estate experience to his work with RE/MAX Saskatoon.
Tyler specializes in residential, farmland and commercial real estate throughout Saskatchewan. His business has continued to grow year over year, earning RE/MAX Executive Club recognition in 2023, the RE/MAX 100% Club in 2024, and Executive Club recognition again in 2025. As of August 2026, Tyler is ranked #25 among RE/MAX Commercial agents worldwide year-to-date.
Tyler’s connection to agriculture began long before real estate. Growing up, his family spent every summer custom harvesting throughout the United States, starting in Texas and working north until returning home for school. By age 11, Tyler was operating a combine and working alongside the crew, giving him firsthand experience and an understanding of Saskatchewan agriculture.
Today, Tyler works with buyers, sellers, investors and landowners across Saskatchewan on residential homes, acreages, farmland and commercial properties. He has built his business through hard work, relationships, repeat clients and referrals, with a focus on providing straightforward advice and strong representation throughout every transaction.
