We worked with Tyler to find a new home in a new country. We were totally lost, not knowing the market, not knowing the area, not knowing the buying/selling process and how houses are actually built over here in Canada. Tyler has been amazing and extremely helpful. He listened to our needs initially and came back with the options that we needed as a family. Upon finding the correct property, Tyler went above and beyond to help us understand the process as well providing the knowledge required when purchasing the property. He went as far as describing the building process, what to expect with a new build vs an existing property, the pros and cons of each. We then found a home that ticked off all of the boxes. When we experienced a bump in our buying journey, after the home inspection was not 100% positive. Tyler was able to assist with recommendations on who to use to fix the relevant issues with the house as well as cooling my nerves about making the investment into the property. I would definitely work with Tyler again, he proved to be an extremely knowledgeable person who I enjoyed working with. He was always available and provided responses to any queries pretty soon after they were tabled. About Tyler Sander
Born and raised in Saskatoon, Tyler Sander brings agricultural roots, construction experience, and five years of real estate experience to his work with RE/MAX Saskatoon.Tyler specializes in residential, farmland and commercial real estate throughout Saskatchewan.
